Tom L. Harding - Senior Vice President
30+ years Residential/Commercial construction experience. Former Division President for both D.R. Horton and Meritage Homes (both publicly traded homebuilders). Directly responsible for the construction and sale of tens of thousands of Homes, Condominiums, Multi-Units plus several low-rise commercial office buildings, mini-storage facilities and village retail centers in California and Nevada. Experience includes: Land acquisition/land sales, governmental entitlements, horizontal and vertical development/construction, architectural design input, sub-contracting/purchasing, home sales and customer service. Coming from a background in public companies, I am very well acquainted with the planning, execution and achievement of annual and quarterly profit plans. This experience has instilled in me the discipline and importance of achieving quality results on time.
